The dessert born from inclusion that’s touching hearts
There are stories that aren’t told with words, but through what is created from them.
Brownidos is one of those.
A dessert born from something real
Brownidos didn’t come to life as just any creation. It’s the result of an initiative where the kitchen became a space for connection.
Grupo Anderson’s, together with Unidos, brought together children with unique perspectives and different ways of seeing the world, with one clear idea: to create something together.
When creativity brings people together
Seven teams took part in this process. They shared ideas, memories, and meaningful moments that eventually transformed into desserts.
Between laughter, focus, and teamwork, each creation began to take shape. But one stood out.
That’s how Brownidos was born.
Inspired by Ámbar and Emily’s recipe, this dessert represents much more than a combination of ingredients. It reflects what happens when something is created together.
Brownidos at Bodega Argentina: a story served at the table
Brownidos arrives at the table with a different intention.
It’s a warm brownie meant to be shared, where each bite changes, blends, and evolves. But what truly makes it special is everything behind it.
Every detail comes from a real experience of coexistence, inclusion, and creativity in one shared space.
An initiative that leaves a mark
Part of what makes Brownidos unique is its impact. A percentage of its sales is donated to Unidos, helping create more spaces where new stories can take shape.
That makes every choice something bigger than the moment.

What Brownidos truly leaves behind
This dessert will be available for a limited time, from April 15 to May 3.
But beyond time, what it leaves is that lasting, feel-good impression.
Because when a story is built by many people, it feels different. And Brownidos, from the very beginning, was created exactly for that: to be shared.
